Information Needed for the Analysis of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Employment Damages
The Center for Forensic Economic Studies has developed checklists of the data an economist needs to provide comprehensive damages reports in personal-injury, wrongful-death and employment matters. The checklists include a request form for lifetime earnings information from the Social Security Administration -- an invaluable tool for calculating economic damages.
To obtain a checklist, email us directly: cfes@cfes.com
Please include your name, the name of your firm, and your mailing address.
If you wish to retain the Center to provide a damages report, or if you have questions regarding the checklists and wish to contact a Center economist directly, call (800) 966-6099.
