Andrew R. Haakenson is a real-estate
appraiser. He has experience in a wide range of complex assignments
concerning multi-family, industrial, office, retail and land valuation,
with particular concentration in multi-family residential and industrial
properties.
He holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Associate Broker License, a
Pennsylvania General Appraiser Certificate and a New Jersey General
Appraiser certificate. he has been qualified as an expert in many
venues, including the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery
County and the Boards of Revision of Taxes of the City of Philadelphia
and several other counties.
Mr. Haakenson is a member of the Appraisal Institute and the Tri-State
Commercial and Industrial Association of Realtors. He serves as vice
chairman of the Narberth (Pa.) Industrial Development Authority.
