Senior Consultant
Stephen H. Rosen is an Enrolled Actuary and has been consulting on actuarial matters since 1975.
He has provided actuarial and
pension-plan consulting and administration since 1971 and has written
and testified extensively on pension issues. He is the author of The
Accountant's Guide to Employee Benefit Plans: Accounting and Auditing
for Employee Benefit Plans (Warren Gorham & Lamont) and The Tax Reform
Act of 1984 (Farnsworth Publishing Co.). Mr. Rosen has been retained as
a consultant to law firms, accounting firms, insurance companies and
actuarial firms.
He is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (admittance by examination), the American Society of Pension Actuaries (admittance by examination) and served as the annual meeting program chairman of that organization.
He received his Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his actuarial degree from the University of Iowa.
